The Cotton Processing Plant (CPP) is a modern manufacturing facility specializing in the processing of raw cotton into high-quality textile materials. The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, allowing it to process up to 80,000 tons of raw cotton per year, which translates to approximately 300 tons per day.

The CPP aims for high-quality production while adhering to environmental safety and social responsibility standards, and it serves as a reliable partner for raw material suppliers and consumers of finished products in the textile industry.

Key features of the CPP:

Area: The CPP occupies a total area of 2500 square meters, providing ample space for production and equipment servicing.

Raw material processing: The CPP receives raw cotton from over 190 farms, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials for production.

Number of employees: During the season, approximately 300 people work at the plant, ensuring uninterrupted production.

Equipment and processes: The CPP is equipped with modern machinery for cleaning, carding, spinning, and weaving cotton materials, as well as for final processing and packaging of the finished products.

Infrastructure: Additionally, the CPP site includes a Cotton Receiving Point (CRP) covering an area of 5000 square meters, as well as warehouses for finished products and waste totaling 5700 square meters, providing a complete production and storage cycle.
