Agriculture is ending… and beginning again

There are no pauses in the agricultural cycle: as one stage comes to an end, the next immediately begins — analysis, planning, equipment preparation, irrigation schedules, seeds, and resource allocation across locations.

That’s why field visits are held regularly. This time, Global Textile CEO Muzaffar Razakov and his team visited our remote areas in the Tashkent region — Bekabad and Buka. On-site, they reviewed the season’s results, compared crop yield indicators across fields, clarified plans, and discussed the start of the next stage. Meetings were held with regional agronomistsand field crews. The team gathered practical suggestions, agreed on work schedules, resources, and measurable goals for each site. As a result of the visit, responsible persons and a calendar of upcoming tasks were established to ensure a smooth transition to the next phase without delays.

The next stops on the route are other districts. Such visits have already become a well-established practice at Global Textile: they strengthen direct communication with field teams, facilitate the exchange of successful solutions between sites, help prioritize in time, and maintain a steady pace of work throughout the year.
