The final lesson is behind us — participants of Global Textile’s “Emerging Leaders School” have completed their learning journey and proudly received their graduation ribbons.

Behind this are weeks of growth, self-reflection, practice, and development. They’ve mastered the basics of effective leadership, learned to make decisions, work as a team, and view challenges from a broader perspective.
