Compact combed yarn is produced using the compact spinning system (Com4ยฎ) on RIETER equipment. The air-condensing zone before the twisting point reduces free fiber ends, resulting in significantly lower hairiness, higher tenacity, and better abrasionresistance compared to conventional ring-spun yarn.
At Global Textile, compact combed yarn is made exclusively from our own premium Uzbek cotton โ harvested on 75,000 ha of own fields, ginned in our own CGP plant, and spun on full RIETER compact lines. This gives us complete control over fiber input qualityand ensures lot-to-lot consistency for your production.
