Difficult means interesting

When we launched our first factories, it seemed like everything was going according to plan: we were spinning, knitting, dyeing.
But the more we grew, the clearer we felt — something was missing. To control quality, you need to control the very nature of its source.

So we took on the challenge — to start from the ground. We planted our own fields, selected the best cotton varieties, implemented drip irrigation and a crop monitoring system. We opened an agronomy school where farmers learn modern farming and sustainable production technologies. We didn’t just want to grow cotton — we wanted to grow it better than it’s usually done.

And when the first harvest appeared in our fields, it became clear: we were on the right path. The next step was the cotton processing plant, equipped with Lummus (USA) machinery.
Now, every fiber travels from field to spinning under our full control — clean, traceable, and verified. This chapter is about ambition and character. About how the desire to do better evolves into a system. And about the fact that Global Textile doesn’t choose easy roads — but every road leads to growth.
