Guests from Berlin Visit Global Textile Factory in Tashkent

Behind every finished garment is a vast world of production that is rarely visible from the outside.

Recently, guests from Berlin had the opportunity to discover this world during a visit to the Global Textile factory in Tashkent. The group included people with diverse professional backgrounds, which made the conversation particularly engaging.

The meeting was opened by Global Textile CEO Muzaffar Razakov. He delivered the company presentation in German, which came as a pleasant surprise to the guests. The discussion raised many questions about the group’s structure, production chain, process organization and vertical integration.

After the presentation, the guests saw these processes in action. They were particularly interested in the scale of production, the equipment, quality control, the sequence of operations and the people behind each stage.

For many of the guests, this was their first opportunity to see textile production from the inside. And perhaps it is precisely an outside perspective that best reveals how much knowledge, precision and coordinated work goes into something as familiar as a piece of clothing.
