Our goal is to form a team of future leaders who are ready to lead the company to success in a dynamic market. The launch of this program will allow us to create an internal talent pool that will be able to occupy key positions in the company in the future. Also, the development of managerial skills among employees contributes to improving the overall efficiency of the team and improving corporate culture.
