Meeting with the President

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, held a meeting dedicated to updating the system of technical regulation in line with international requirements. The General Director of Global Textile, Muzaffar Razakov, took part in the event.

The discussion focused on transitioning to a more modern and transparent regulatory system, including the implementation of international standards, simplification of certification procedures, and the development of market supervision mechanisms where manufacturers bear responsibility for the quality of their products. These changes are aimed at reducing bureaucratic burden and enhancing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises.

For Global Textile, these initiatives have practical significance.
