Occupational Safety as Part of Production Culture

With the arrival of the hot season, workplace environment and occupational safety at production facilities require even greater attention. When hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of people work simultaneously in one space while equipment operates continuously, even the smallest details become important.

At Global Textile, occupational safety trainings are regularly conducted for employees across different departments. Recently, such training sessions were organized for the sewing production team.

During the sessions, employees reviewed workplace situations, safety regulations, process organization, and practical actions that help maintain a stable and safe working environment.

For us, occupational safety is not a formality or a one-time instruction. It is an essential part of production culture, daily responsibility, and respect for people.
