Opening of a sewing factory

Today is a special day for us: on the eve of the 34th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence, the first stage of knitwear production was officially launched at the Global Textile facility in the Fergana region. The opening ceremony took place with the participation of the regional hokim and has become a landmark event for the entire textile industry.

More than 500 women are already employed at the new production site. In the coming months, as the facility reaches full capacity, over 3,500 jobs will be created, with production volumes reaching up to 120,000 items per day.

The project is built on modern solutions, expanded infrastructure, and a commitment to meeting the highest standards of international brands. Today, the first contracts with global companies have already been signed, and we see this as the starting point of a long journey.

For us, this is, above all, a process of growth: training our team, building a strong production culture, and gaining invaluable experience. Behind each stage lies the tremendous effort of thousands of people involved in the value chain — from cotton fields to finished products.
