Safety Drill at Global Textile Facility

In recent months, news has too often been filled with reports of fires and other emergencies. Each of these stories is a sobering reminder of how important it is to remain vigilant and cautious. Yet, just as crucial is the ability to respond quickly and effectively when risks do arise.

At one of our Global Textile facilities in Tashkent, we conducted a joint emergency drill together with the local Department of Emergency Services. The exercise was designed to be as close to real scenarios as possible — covering evacuation steps, coordination with emergency responders, and teamwork within the facility.

For Global Textile, this was a valuable opportunity to test our team’s readiness, strengthen our safety culture, and ensure that every employee knows how to act decisively to protect themselves and their colleagues in a critical situation.
