The Importance of On-Site Meetings.

The head of our company held the first meeting in the Bekabad district, one of the five districts in the Tashkent region, where Global Textile is launching a new large-scale project in the agricultural sector. The trip program included familiarization with the company’s employees, a meeting with contractors, and an important dialogue with the district leadership. The main topic of discussion was the roadmap for the development of the agro-industrial complex, attracting investments, and increasing the region's export potential.  

A leader must be where results are being created: to see processes from within, listen to teams, and find solutions. This approach has long been an integral part of effective management at Global Textile. Regular quarterly on-site meetings enable us to maintain high momentum and address current challenges promptly.  

These meetings are a vivid example of how openness and dialogue help the company move forward and achieve new goals.
