Effective pest control
Agronomists from Global Textile recently conducted a series of seminars in the Maktaaral district, focusing on the cultivation season of the Namangan-77 cotton variety. The events attracted over 50 farmers from across the district, as well as representatives from the local government press office and regional television.
The main focus of the seminars was on proper cultivation practices and plant protection. This year, when pests appeared a month earlier than usual, our skilled agronomists were the first to detect the issue and swiftly distributed pheromone traps throughout the district. Farmers received valuable guidance and discussed effective pest control techniques.
These seminars provide an essential forum for sharing knowledge and addressing current agricultural challenges. They strengthen our partnership with local farmers and contribute to improving both the yield and quality of cotton.
