Every great achievement starts somewhere. With a dream, a question, a spark of curiosity, or the courage to try something new.
We recently welcomed students from School No. 29 in Fergana to our Global Textile manufacturing complex. During their visit, they explored textile production and discovered how much knowledge, technology and human effort go into making the clothes we wear every day.
We regularly welcome school students who are beginning to think about their future. And each time, we hope they leave with something more than memories of a factory tour. We want them to see that behind every large manufacturing operation, complex technology and successful project are people who once sat in classrooms just like theirs, wondering what their future might hold.
Perhaps some of these students will choose a career in textiles. Others may follow entirely different paths. And that is perfectly fine. What matters most is having the courage to dream, the curiosity to keep learning and the determination to turn ideas into reality.
There is always a road between “I have a dream” and “I made it happen.” And everyone has the chance to take that journey.
We hope that for at least one of our young visitors, this experience has brought a big dream a little closer.
