Strong Leadership Builds Strong Teams

Global Textile employees in Tashkent took part in another training session as part of the company’s Leadership School for managers and leaders.

Every leader works alongside a team, and the way they interact with people can have a significant impact on the overall result. Explaining, supporting, finding common ground, noticing challenges in time, and making decisions are all part of a leader’s everyday work.

These were the key topics of the latest training session. Participants discussed leadership, team management, and interaction with employees, while also looking at situations that managers regularly face in their work.

The Leadership School gives our managers and leaders an opportunity to exchange experience, discuss real workplace situations, and explore new approaches to managing teams.
