How Does Global Textile Manage 75,000 Hectares?

We are often asked the same question: how does Global Textile manage 75,000 hectares of land across eight districts and three regions? How is work on this scale organized, what technologies do we use and what results are we achieving?

To answer these questions and share the interim results of our work, we organized a press tour for journalists, authors and representatives of the media community.

The tour began at the Situation Center. Here, guests saw how digitalization and artificial intelligence help collect data from the fields, monitor every hectare and coordinate the work of a large team.

The participants then visited the fields, where harvesting is currently underway. They observed manual and mechanized cotton harvesting, spoke with field teams and learned about current yield indicators.

The day continued with an open conversation with Global Textile CEO Muzaffar Razakov. As he regularly visits the fields and was directly involved in developing this management system, the discussion focused on practical matters. The participants discussed agriculture, the textile industry, technology, current challenges and the changes taking place within the company.

For Global Textile, development means making processes more precise, management more effective and creating greater opportunities for the industry and the country through the results of this work. It is important for us to see all of this through the eyes of the press tour participants, hear their opinions and understand how our work is perceived from the outside.
