The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), in collaboration with Global Textile, organized a training session for agronomists, entomologists, and other specialists of cotton-textile clusters.
During the session, participants familiarized with required features of growing cotton, such as mechanization, crop protection and pest control, with the emphasis on the importance of biolaboratories, and documentation processes. When correctly applied, all of that allows to grow high-quality organic cotton.
Organic cotton is highly valuable on the international market and is gaining more and more demand among the textile producers. Global Textile is also working in this direction. Our priority is to produce not only high-quality but also environmentally friendly textile products that are meeting demand and expectations of both domestic and foreign customers.
