A practical training was held on this topic as part of the BCI program seminars. The Global Textile and Khantex Group heads of departments and agro-specialists participated at the event.
The participants were introduced to the process of work organization at cotton and textile enterprises. The practical part included the issues of compiling a plan for continuous development, implementing related processes and paperwork, as well as passing an audit.
As the organizers noted, the production of better cotton is a whole range of procedures. And they can successfully implement them only in case when all processes are properly organized and managed.
