Implementation of projects on the dual education system

The modern economy requires highly qualified personnel who are ready to apply their knowledge in practice. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08.10.2019 PF-5847, which noted the importance of modernizing higher education, Global Textile, together with the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, is developing a dual education program, creating conditions for training professionals in demand in the textile industry.
The dual education system is an important element in the formation of specialists, as it combines the acquisition of theoretical knowledge with real industrial experience.

Within the framework of this program, 30 students of the Faculty of Light Industry and Garment Production at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute are interning at our enterprise. Students are given the opportunity to study technological processes, learn new skills and apply their knowledge in real conditions.

Global Textile develops projects on the dual training system on an ongoing basis, creating a platform for the professional development of young people.
