The forum was focused on the development of bilateral relations in the sphere of regional cooperation, strengthening of economic and business relations between the Republics of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
The event was followed by a meeting between the management of Global Textile and the Akim of Turkestan region. At the meeting the parties agreed to launch a cotton textile cluster in Turkestan region in 2023 as well as discussed other projects aimed at economic integration of processes between the countries.
The next meeting will be held in January next year in Maktaaral district in Kazakhstan, where the final agreements between the parties will be fixed.
