Leader School for Agricultural Division Managers

At Global Textile, we believe that sustainable growth is impossible without strong leaders. That is why the development of leadership and management competencies plays a key role in how we work with our teams.

The training sessions have been launched for managers in the agricultural division—professionals who work with teams on a daily basis and make important decisions. During the sessions, we focus on building effective teamwork, taking responsibility, finding solutions in challenging situations, and achieving results together with the team. Such knowledge helps managers better understand their role, strengthen collaboration within teams, and create a working environment that encourages development and growth.

The course program is based on best practices as well as international experience, which were shared by our consultant from Germany, Dr. BodoThöns(Doctor of Economics).

The program focuses on practical management tools, working with people, making well-considered decisions, and achieving consistent results. The systematic development of leadership potential enables us to strengthen cooperation within teams, build a mature corporate environment, and encourage responsibility and initiative at all levels.
