Participation in the formation of new Better Cotton standards

Representatives of our company Global Textile participated in a consultation meeting within the framework of the Better Cotton initiative together with GIZ and representatives of the textile sector of Uzbekistan.
The key focus of the meeting was the upcoming changes in the Better Cotton certification system, including the transition to physically traceable fiber, the distribution of roles and responsibilities among participants, as well as Due Diligence requirements.
Global Textile has a valid Better Cotton license and ensures full transparency at all stages of the production chain — from cotton cultivation to the production of finished products.
Participation in such events allows us to quickly adapt to new standards, strengthen the trust of our partners and confirm compliance with international requirements for sustainable production.
