Our partners from Azerbaijan visited Global Textile’s facilities in Fergana.

During the visit, the guests were introduced to the full production cycle, from cotton cultivation to the manufacturing of finished garment products. Particular attention was given to how key stages are integrated within the cluster model, as well as to the level of technical equipment and the solutions applied to ensure efficiency and operational stability.

Special focus was also placed on internal collaboration — from task distribution to the development of sustainable working relationships that directly impact the predictability and quality of results.
