Results of 2024: HR team on the way to success
The year 2024 was a year of significant changes and achievements for our HR team. We started it with clearly defined goals and corporate values, which became the basis for further work.
One of the most important steps was the development and implementation of the code of corporate ethics, which formed the basis of the trainings held in all business units of the company.
Much attention was paid to attracting new talents. The recruitment team has developed and implemented an adaptation program and Welcome trainings that have made the employee integration process easier and more comfortable.
One of the highlights was the creation of an HR bot to simplify the mass recruitment process. Also, all factories have launched the implementation of a system for evaluating production personnel and managing KPIs, which made it possible to increase transparency and efficiency.
A lot of work has been done to prepare for social audits and obtain a Better Cotton certificate.
The beginning of cooperation with higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, the introduction of dual education to form an external reserve of personnel. The launch of the School of Emerging Leadership program has become another important step in talent management, giving our employees a chance to develop leadership skills and prepare for future leadership roles.
