Imagine two ships in a raging sea. The first is controlled by the captain, who clearly follows the instructions and protocols. The second is a man who inspires the team to move to shore despite the storm. Which one of them will lead the ship to the target?  
The answer is simple: leadership is not about following the rules, but the ability to light a fire inside each team member, uniting them for a common goal. These are the kind of leaders we create at Global Textile's "Beginner Leader School."  

As we noted earlier, our talented participants of the first stream actively attended classes for two months. They learned the art of management, honed communication skills, learned how to make decisions in difficult conditions and inspire others to take action.  
Now our participants are preparing for the final testing and release. This moment will not just be the end of their training, but the starting point for a new career path.
