Together towards a sustainable future

During her visit to Uzbekistan, Eva Clayton, Senior Director of Membership and Supply Chain at Better Cotton, attended several key events dedicated to sustainable cotton production, including the National Forum on Sustainable Cotton Production and meetings with government and business representatives. Global Textile employees actively participated in these discussions, discussing ways to develop the industry, support farmers, and innovate.
Concluding the visit, Eva Clayton also visited our enterprises in Ferghana. We have demonstrated our production facilities, approach to responsible cotton farming and compliance with international sustainability standards. Impressed by the scale of the work and the level of organization of the processes, Ms. Clayton stressed the importance of further cooperation.
