Visit IFC to Global Textile

Today we met with representatives of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), who are working on the preparation of the Country Private Sector Diagnostic, an analytical report aimed at identifying obstacles to the development of the private sector in Uzbekistan.

Topics related to the private sector's involvement in the country's textile industry and its evolution over recent years were discussed. Special attention was paid to the existing barriers and challenges faced by private companies, as well as government support mechanisms aimed at attracting investors to this strategically important sector.

The guests got acquainted with the company's development plans and learned about key initiatives that contribute to the sustainable growth of the textile industry. The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere and allowed the guests to get a detailed understanding of the achievements, potential and opportunities for further cooperation.
