When Children Draw Happiness
12/06/2026

What is happiness?
Sometimes children answer this question better than adults.
On June 12, the World Day Against Child Labour, we invited students of an art school to illustrate what happiness means to them.
Their drawings featured family, friends, school, creativity, favourite activities, and dreams.
Not a single child drew work.
That simple fact reminded us of something important: childhood belongs to children.
Children should have the opportunity to learn, grow, dream, and discover the world around them.
Global Textile remains committed to preventing child and forced child labour and believes that every child deserves a happy childhood filled with care, opportunities, and hope for the future.
