Women’s Employment and New Opportunities

When women are given the opportunity to work and feel confident about the future, it changes much more than just one story or one family.

This is especially evident in the sewing division of Global Textile, where hundreds of women are employed today. For some, this is their first profession, while for others it is an opportunity to return to the working environment, gain stability, experience, and self-confidence.

Over time, work becomes part of something bigger. It brings a sense of support, professional growth, awareness of one’s value, and the understanding that one’s work truly matters.

We are pleased that the topic of women’s employment and job creation was highlighted in a report by Fergana MTRK, where the activities of our company were also recognized.
